Maintaining aerobic fitness could delay biological aging by
up to 12 years!* In a study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine,
researchers found that a normal male, aged 60, who did not do aerobic exercise
had an aerobic output capacity about half of when he was 20 years old. Lower
capacity means increased risk of serious diseases, slower recoveries after
injury or illness, and a higher biological age than that of someone who did
even moderate aerobic activity. The good news – it’s reversible! So, let’s get
going!
